The hotel was clean with extremely helpful staff members. The location of this property just next door to the Asturian mountains and Amazing beautiful area was exceptionally nice. It also was right in the park.

Everything was great, including amicable staff and marvellous location right in the park. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was nice and large. - the services were fantastic, offered excellent free Wi-Fi.

The rooms at Hotel Balcón de Aguera are so cozy and charming with their rustic wooden furnishings and beamed ceilings. I just love the homey feel they give off, making me instantly relax and unwind. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning are great bonuses too, adding extra comfort to my stay.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of the private bathrooms in the rooms. But hey, that's just me.

The value for money was excellent, with spacious rooms and a perfect location near the start of senda del oso. The staff treated us really well, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could be improved with faster service.

I had a lovely stay at Balcon De Aguera in a charming room with a bank of windows overlooking the rushing river across the street. the tub was wonderful and I slept incredibly well. the check-in times were flexible and the basic breakfast was a nice touch. the hotel's location in the park was breathtaking and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. the area itself is truly amazing.

The hotel's check-in times were flexible, allowing for a stress-free arrival. In the morning, I enjoyed a delightful basic breakfast, complete with a generous cup of coffee. The location of the hotel within the park was simply spectacular, with a scenic drive that made the journey worthwhile. Furthermore, the town is dotted with fantastic restaurants, all within easy walking distance. I highly recommend Hotel Balcon De Aguera for a truly exceptional stay.

The room was absolutely charming, with a stunning view of the river right outside, and a delightful tub that made me feel super relaxed. I slept like a rock! The check-in times were flexible, which was a big plus, and the basic breakfast had a BIG cup of coffee 😊. The location was perfect, surrounded by a beautiful park, and there were plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance. A fantastic experience in a jaw-droppingly beautiful area!
